We ship only within India, to all PIN codes served by our logistics partner, Delhivery.
Shipping Charges
Dynamic Calculation: Fees are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the delivery PIN code.
Fair Pricing: We pass through Delhivery’s actual rates—no hidden fees.
Variations:
Heavier orders (multiple books or bulky materials) incur higher costs.
Remote/non-metro areas may attract additional charges.
Free & Discounted Shipping
Promotional free shipping or discounted delivery may be offered on select products or for orders above specified values. Any such offer will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Processing & Dispatch
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3 business days of placement.
In busy seasons or due to stock verification, dispatch may take up to 5 business days (you will be notified via email/SMS if there’s any delay).
Delivery & Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.
You can also track your order in real-time on our website under “My Orders.”
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Available at no extra cost across all serviceable PIN codes.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Our Commitment: If your package is lost in transit or arrives visibly damaged, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund (per the Returns & Refund section below).
How to Report:
Notify us within 3 days of delivery (or expected delivery date for non-delivery).
Provide any requested evidence (e.g., photos of damage).

Resolution Timeline: Claims with our courier partner are typically resolved within 7–10 business days.
Exceptions: We are not liable for undeliverable orders caused by incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.
Return Window
- Physical Products (e.g., books, printed study material): Returnable within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Non-returnable Items:
- Online and offline coaching courses
- E-books
- Digital subscriptions or content delivered electronically
Conditions for Return
- Item must be unused, undamaged, and in saleable condition.
- Item should be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
No refund will be issued for returned items that:
- Show signs of use
- Are damaged or defaced
- Are returned beyond the 30-day window
Refund Method and Timeline
- Refunds are processed to the via CCS wallet credit, that can be used to redeem of goods and services sold on our platform
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Exchanges
- Physical products may be exchanged only if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
- No exchange is offered for e-books, digital content, or coaching courses.
- To request an exchange, email us at contact@ccsupsc.com with a clear photo of the damage.
Order Cancellation
- Physical items (books, study materials) can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Digital goods, subscriptions, and online course purchases are not eligible for cancellation.
